In addition to making sure every school has support staff, we're purchasing a social and emotional learning program
Texas Leadership campuses have revised their master schedules to include additional time for intervention and tutoring during the school day.
Some campuses are also offering after-school tutoring for students who are significantly behind their peers.

Enrollment and Marketing Support
Reading Academies
Additional teachers for growing programs
It was an incredibly difficult time for our teachers. Texas Leadership committed to rewarding all returning teachers with a retention stipend for staying committed to our students and families during the 2021-2022 academic school year:
One time stipend for returning Texas Leadership teachers - $1,000 per teacher - $500 paid in December and $500 paid in May
One time Education Field Retention stipend for all instructional staff - $1,000 per teacher paid throughout the year and $500 per paraprofessional paid out throughout the year
Our custodial teams work tirelessly to maintain safe and healthy facilities for our staff and students. We committed to increasing the minimum base hourly pay for all custodial workers from $10.00 to $12.50 an hour. Those currently making above $12.50 will receive a 5% raise.
Even though COVID is currently well controlled, we continue to be vigilant and allocate funds to reflect our commitment to ensure every student and staff member is as safe as possible, with the following investments:
Sanitizers, disinfectants, and cleaning supplies
Enhanced filtration and ventilation
