Tom is a third-generation craftsman and was taught the value of hard work. As a young boy, he would accompany his father to jobs – not just because he enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, but also because he loved watching things being built from the ground up.

While attending high school, Tom also attended a construction trade school and was offered a job right after graduation. Tom officially got his start in construction at the age of 18 as summer labor on job sites. In all the years since, his commitment to owner satisfaction has been integral to his success in construction. He then followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by creating his own company.
