The Lodge Officers form the core leadership team that guides Tom Kita Chara Lodge #96 through its mission of cheerful service.
The Lodge Chief serves as the primary youth leader, presiding over lodge meetings, coordinating all lodge activities, and representing the lodge at council events and section conclaves. Working closely with adult advisers, the Lodge Chief ensures all officers work together effectively and maintains the overall vision and direction of the lodge.
The Vice Chief of Program oversees all lodge events and activities, including planning ordeal weekends, fellowship events, and service projects. This officer coordinates ceremonies, develops the annual lodge calendar, and ensures quality programming that engages all members.
The Vice Chief of Administration manages the lodge's internal operations, including maintaining membership records, handling communications, overseeing elections, and managing the lodge budget. This officer ensures the administrative functions run smoothly and that all Arrowmen stay informed and engaged.
The Vice Chief of Chapters serves as the liaison between the lodge and its unit chapters, supporting chapter chiefs and advisers, promoting chapter vitality, and ensuring chapters remain active and connected to the lodge's mission.
Meeting regularly throughout the year, these officers collaborate closely with adult advisers to maintain the proud traditions of the lodge. Their white sashes symbolize their commitment to serving their fellow Arrowmen with honor and dedication.

The Chapter Chiefs serve as the vital connection between Tom Kita Chara Lodge #96 and the local Scout troops across the council area. Each of the five chapter chiefs—representing Ahdawagam, Mushkodany, Ojibwe, Rib Mountain, and Crystal Woods—brings their unique chapter's character and traditions to the lodge while working to strengthen the Order of the Arrow at the unit level.
Chapter Chiefs conduct regular chapter meetings, promote lodge activities within the troops of their chapter, identify and encourage potential candidates for OA membership, and ensure that the principles of cheerful service, brotherhood, and honor are lived out in their local communities. They serve as the primary point of contact between their chapter members and the lodge leadership, advocating for their chapter's needs and interests while supporting the broader lodge mission. Their dedication to bridging the gap between individual units and the lodge helps maintain the strong foundation that makes Tom Kita Chara Lodge #96 a thriving part of the Order of the Arrow.

The Lodge Executive Committee brings together the diverse voices and perspectives of Tom Kita Chara Lodge #96's entire membership through a representative group of youth leaders and their adult advisers.
The committee is composed of:
Lodge Officers - The Lodge Chief and Vice Chiefs of Program, Administration, and Chapters serve as the core leadership team, bringing lodge-wide perspective and coordination to committee discussions.
Chapter Chiefs - Each chapter (Ahdawagam, Mushkodany, Ojibwe, Rib Mountain, and Crystal Woods) is represented by its chapter chief, who serves as the voice of their chapter's members and ensures chapter-level concerns and ideas reach the lodge leadership.
Committee Chairmen - Youth leaders heading various lodge committees (such as ceremonies, service, camping promotions, and others) provide expertise in their specific areas and coordinate their committee's activities with the broader lodge mission.
Adult Advisers - Experienced Scouters provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the youth leaders while ensuring continuity and alignment with BSA and Order of the Arrow policies.
Meeting regularly throughout the year, the Lodge Executive Committee approves budgets, plans major events, addresses lodge concerns, and makes important decisions that shape the lodge's direction. This collaborative approach ensures that every corner of the council area is represented in lodge activities and that Tom Kita Chara Lodge #96 remains responsive to the needs of all its members while maintaining the high standards of the Order of the Arrow.
