All compositions on this website are copyrighted. Ministries within the True Jesus Church worldwide have general permission to use these compositions for church ministry purposes in accordance with the following guidelines, which ensure proper stewardship across our church organization:

Services

These compositions may be publicly performed, and the lyrics of the compositions may be publicly displayed during church services and ministry events. Such services and events may also be livestreamed and/or recorded and posted on social media.

Recording

Recording audio and video presentations (including synchronizing the composition and publicly displaying the lyrics) and posting them on social media for church ministry purposes are generally permissible.

Copying

Duplicating and distributing music scores and lyric sheets of the composition in physical or digital form for church ministry purposes is generally permissible. All duplications must maintain the copyright notice set forth on the composition.

Musical Arrangements

Creating alternative musical arrangements of the composition for church ministry purposes is generally permissible. Before using the alternative musical arrangement, please obtain prior permission by submitting a copy of the music score and/or audio recording to music@tjc.org for review and approval. This ensures that the musical integrity of the work is maintained and allows us to archive the arrangement for future use. 

Under applicable copyright law, any musical arrangements are considered derivative works, and the copyright owner of the composition retains full ownership.

Translations

Translating the lyrics of compositions into other languages for church ministry purposes is generally permissible. Before using the translated lyrics, please obtain prior permission by submitting a copy of the translation to music@tjc.org for review and approval. This ensures that the original theological intent is preserved and allows us to archive the translation for future use. 

Under applicable copyright law, any translations are considered derivative works, and the copyright owner of the composition retains full ownership.

Lyric Alterations

If lyric alterations (such as changing, adding, or rewriting) are necessary for thematic alignment for church ministry purposes, please obtain prior permission by submitting a request to music@tjc.org. 

Under applicable copyright law, any lyric alterations are considered derivative works, and the copyright owner of the composition retains full ownership.

Non-Commercial Use

Usage of all music compositions from this website must remain strictly for non-commercial, True Jesus Church ministry purposes. No portions of any compositions may be used during for-profit events, in any recordings that may be sold or exchanged for value, or otherwise used in any manner for monetary gain.
