Architectural Overview & Core Promise PocketPage ("the Application," "our," or "we") operates as a localized digital calendar and customized memo utility designed for simplistic daily logging and personal note management. Our architectural philosophy centers on absolute data isolation. We maintain a strict data-blind operation, ensuring that your digital entries remain entirely confidential and completely inaccessible to us.
2. Absolute Exclusion of Information Gathering The Application is engineered to run seamlessly without executing any data harvesting mechanisms.
l Zero Registration: We do not implement account creation frameworks. No identifiers, including full names, telephone numbers, or email addresses, are ever requested or compiled.
l No Behavioral Surveillance: PocketPage completely eschews analytics plugins, tracking pixels, and advertising identifiers. Your interactions within the interface are never monitored or quantified.
l No Location Probing: The Application never requests, accesses, or processes geographical telemetry or GPS coordinates.
3. Sandboxed Local Storage Mechanism Every piece of information you input into PocketPage is confined strictly to the internal memory of your smartphone or tablet.
l On-Device Retention: Your customized calendars and written memos are written directly to the application’s sandboxed directory on your operating system.
l No Cloud Infinitum: We do not establish, lease, or maintain central servers or cloud backup repositories. Consequently, no network transmissions of your logs occur.
l Zero Permission Intrusion: The Application does not demand access to your device's address book, camera, microphone, or media galleries. It operates independently without cross-app permissions.
4. Data Governance & User Accountability Because we operate a serverless utility, the risk of network intrusions or server-side leaks is fundamentally eliminated. You retain full sovereignty and administrative custody over your logs. Please note that because we possess no access keys or remote backups, we cannot retrieve or reconstruct your entries if your hardware is compromised, reset, or if the Application is uninstalled.
5. Non-Sharing & Third-Party Exclusion We do not participate in brokerages, commercial exchanges, or marketing alliances. Because our technical framework prevents the compilation of user data, it is physically impossible for us to distribute, monetize, or disclose your information to external advertising networks or corporate aggregators.
6. Indian Statutory Alignment This document has been prepared in alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) of India.
