WHO I AM

Hi! I’m Tish Bateman, an Education and Adolescent Development Specialist on a mission to help young people learn and step confidently into their future. 

Whether you’re finishing school, graduating, or starting your first job, I guide you to discover your strengths, build confidence, and live with purpose.

With a Master’s in Education and Dramatic Arts and a Higher Certificate in Counselling, I blend academic insight with practical strategies for learning, communication, and leadership. 

My work bridges education, personal growth, and career development—helping you go from “What now?” to “I’ve got this!”

Using tools like the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI), personal values assessments, and drama-based techniques, I help you understand how you think, make smarter decisions, communicate confidently, and tackle challenges with resilience.
