Project Guidelines

Timeline of Project Development:

• Mid October, have a project action plan finished - see CEESA Youthtopia Workbook

  • Meet regularly in between

  • Have assigned roles and responsibilities

  • Come to ISLC meetings to update and share on progress

• Mid December, have action underway

  • Contacting organisations

  • Preparing workshops

  • Depending on the project, whatever action the team deems necessary

• March, have project completed, or first goal of the project completed

  • Action and impact to show

  • Setting up grant request presentation for March conference

  • Reflect on impact, room for improvement, how grant money would impact your project

  • Preparing for presentation of project at conference
