About me

My name is Cortney Tankersley.  This will be my twelvth year teaching and my fourth year at Brighton High School.  I have previously taught middle school for 8 years.  This year I will be teaching AP world history and personal finance and I am very excited!  I am a graduate of the University of Memphis and Arkansas State University, but am a major Mississippi State fan.  I have been married for ten years. I have two daughters, Raelyn and Wrenlee. I love being outside, traveling, and coffee.
