Meet Your Teachers!

Mrs. Langford - I am so excited to begin this year as your child's 4th-grade teacher! This is my 13th year of teaching, 12th at Atoka. I’ve taught 4th and 5th grade. I graduated from Columbia College with my Bachelor’s Degree in History. I graduated from the University of Memphis with my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction/and Teaching. I teach Math and Science for my team.

Mrs. Waits - I am thrilled for the opportunity to be your child's fourth-grade teacher! As a lifelong Tipton County resident, I graduated from Munford High School. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis and went on to earn a Master's from Bethel. I have experience teaching first, second, and fourth grades. My husband and I have been blessed with three precious daughters, Hannah, Emma, and Audrey, and three crazy cats! I look forward to working with your child this school year!

Mrs. Rumbaugh - I am thrilled to be one of your 4th grade teachers. I will be teaching ELA and SS, and I am teaming up with Mrs. Vest. This is my 20th year of teaching, and I love being a teacher!

We are going to have an awesome year learning and growing together. I can’t wait to see the amazing things that you accomplish this year! You are capable, and I believe in you!! 

Mrs. Vest - I am so excited to be your child's 4th-grade teacher! This will be my 26th year of teaching, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I earned my Bachelor's Degree and Reading Specialist endorsement from the University of Memphis and my Masters Degree from Cumberland University. My husband and I have been married for 22 years and have been blessed beyond measure with six children and 17 grandchildren between us. This is going to be a fantastic year! 

Mrs. Gravier - I am so excited for the opportunity to be your child's fourth-grade teacher! My husband and I have lived in this wonderful county for 25 years. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis in Advertising and Marketing; and went on to earn my Master's from University of Phoenix. I have been teaching for 18 years, 4th & 5th grade. My husband and I have two daughters. I am so looking forward to working with your child this school year!

Our team believes that when the teacher, student, and parent work together, a successful year is inevitable.
