Welcome to 4th grade
Hello, and welcome to LT Ball and 4th grade! We are so excited to share this fun year of learning with your families. We will get to know each other well, and look forward to spending time with your students.
Your teachers this year are Mrs. Rhodes, Mrs. Moore, and Mrs. Paulet. We work closely with each other to ensure a well-rounded education for students. Mrs. Moore will be teaching all of the Math and Science, and Mrs. Rhodes will be teaching all of the Language Arts and Social Studies. Mrs. Paulet is an Intervention Specialist who will be working closely with the students in our pod.
Mrs. Rhodes
Hi! My name is Michelle Rhodes, and I will be your child's Language Arts and Social Studies teacher this year. I have a BS in Elementary Education degree from BGSU, and also a Masters Degree in Teacher Leadership from WSU. This is my 24th year teaching, and my whole career has been in 4th grade here in Tipp City.
My husband and I live in Tipp City, along with our two kids. They are twins, and are freshman at THS. Our family enjoys traveling to TN, going out to eat, watching movies, and camping.

Mrs. Moore
Hi! My name is Sarah Moore. I teach fourth grade Math and Science at LT Ball! I am a proud graduate of Tippecanoe High School and received my BS in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have previously taught second and fourth grade in Dayton Public Schools. This is my 4th year here at L.T. Ball and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this school district again!
I enjoy traveling, shopping and being outdoors (camping, fishing and being on the water). I spend a lot of time with my family and friends!
I am excited to spend this year investing in my students here at LT Ball!

Mrs. Paulet
Hi! My name is Lori Paulet. This is my 26th year teaching. I have spent all 26 years in Tipp City as an intervention specialist. I’ve taught 4th, 5th and 6th grade. I have taught in the inclusion pod for the past 15 years and truly enjoy collaborating and co-teaching with my friends/fellow teachers.
My husband, Miguel, and I have three sons who all attend Tipp - Connor is currently a freshman at Miami University, Grant is a freshman at THS, and Tucker is a 6th grader. We have two standard poodles named Piper and Hadley. We also have two cats, Mabel and Coco.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as attending my sons’ sporting events. I love to read in my spare time and enjoy sharing my love of reading with my students.
