Hello! In this page you can find the steps that I have followed before I started my OJT journey in Energy Regulatory Commission.
My classmates and I attended our virtual conference with Sir Rick. He discussed about the OJT matters that we need to accomplish before we can be officially deployed in our chosen company.
He gave us a list of companies from the industry partners of TIP or we can choose any company that we wish to apply. He also reminded us to always give him a heads up or to message him whenever we have clarificatory questions related to our OJT Program.

I virtually submitted my On-the-Job Training Requirements Completion Form along with my photocopy of my ID, registration form, and my resume to Sir Rick.

I attended the Mock Job Interview on February 8, 2022 and I was interviewed by Ms. Jessica Apo of Career Center;
Then, I attended the virtual seminar on Student's Developing Program on February 9, 2022 and submitted my activities related thereto;
I also took the virtual Physical Examination and received my Medical Certificate stating that I am fit to work.

Step 3
After completing the Step 3, I virtually submitted my resume and my endorsement letter signed by Sir Rick and Ma'am Dean to the HR of Energy Regulatory Commission.
I received a message from Mr. Vincent Sakai of ERC mentioning that I can start my internship on February 14, 2022.
On February 14, 2022 I submitted the OJT Practicum Agreement, Student's Parent/Guardian Waiver, and Letter of Agreement to ERC.
On the same date, Atty. Gloria Tirado of ERC signed my Certification of Acceptance for On-The-Job Training.
