Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, USA
Certified Clinical Psychologist / Certified Public Psychologist in Japan
I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds in both English and Japanese for over 20 years.
Drawing on 11 years of living in the United States and my counseling experience with diverse clients, I support people navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, cross-cultural adjustment, adjustment after returning from overseas, work, and life transitions.
I support people who have already been thinking, acting, and finding their own way through life, and who are now ready to move into their next stage.
My approach is not limited to one specific method. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and dialogue-centered approaches as needed, with a focus on helping you understand your current situation and find the next step that is right for you.
