AI Matchmaking: Next-Gen Property Search
As part of our innovation pipeline, we kicked off the development of an intelligent AI property search operating on advanced matchmaking principles. This project elevates the property-seeking experience far beyond traditional filters like price, location, or square footage. The system connects real estate listings with deep, human needs and lifestyle preferences—such as finding a home in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to green spaces.

Content Enrichment & AI SEO Readiness
This project drove a strategic transformation of real estate agencies and agent profiles, search results pages and listings to prime the platform for the new era of generative AI search.
Result: By implementing structured data fields and enriching profiles as well tactical adjustment to displaying listings content we helped nehnutelnosti.sk to improve in page indexation, securing long-term organic traffic and market dominance.

Login Optimization & Technical Consolidation
Based on my in-depth user research, we identified critical UX/UI and technical flaws in the original login process. Despite the platform's massive overall traffic, the ratio of logged-in users was minimal, which we decided to tackle through a comprehensive consolidation and unification of the entire system.
Step by step, we are introducing new features, continuously testing, and optimizing the login flow to maximize the conversion rate of registered seekers.
Result: Rise from 2,1% logged in users to X%
From super-confirmation of users need to MVP
To eliminate technical debt and validate without massive upfront investments, we successfully deployed a fake door experiment confirming real user demand for map search. By implementing a mock button that triggered a feedback questionnaire and email collection via CrazyEgg, we gathered hard quantitative data on user intent.
Result: Based on these insights, I am currently leading my team in building and launching a full Map Search MVP featuring localized pins and clustering, successfully concluding my mission at nehnuteľnosti.sk.
