1. INTRODUCTION
TimeVehicle Pro ("the App") is a Windows desktop application that helps
businesses find leads and send personalised email drafts. This Privacy
Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. DATA WE ACCESS
Gmail (via Google OAuth):
The App requests access to your Gmail account solely to create and send
email drafts on your behalf. We request only the gmail.compose scope,
which allows the App to create drafts and send them. The App does NOT
read your existing emails, contacts, or any other Gmail data.
Search Data:
The App uses SerpAPI to search Google Maps for business leads based on
the search criteria you enter. Search queries are sent to SerpAPI's
servers. We do not store your search queries on our servers.
3. DATA STORAGE
All data generated by the App — including lead lists (Excel files),
Gmail tokens, and API keys — is stored locally on your own PC.
No data is transmitted to or stored on TimeVehicle's servers.
4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Gmail API — for creating and sending email drafts
- SerpAPI — for Google Maps search results
- Anthropic Claude API — for AI email personalisation

5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or Gmail data with
any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the services
listed above.
6. GMAIL DATA
The App's use of Gmail data is limited to creating and sending email
drafts as explicitly requested by you. We do not access, store, or
share your Gmail data beyond this purpose. Gmail access tokens are
stored locally on your PC and are never transmitted to TimeVehicle's
servers.
7. SECURITY
All OAuth tokens and API keys are stored locally on your device.
We recommend keeping your PC secure and not sharing your API keys
or passkey with others.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for business use only and is not directed at
children under the age of 13.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will
be posted on this page with an updated date.
