Whitelisting your email address:
After your ticket is completed. You will need to install Forticlient ( VPN software). Please ask your local IT support to configure it for you. Or if you are DIY person, use this guide.
Your Empower account is made after the creation of your official SAP id. This, at times, may take up to 2 weeks. An email is triggered with the login id and password to your official timesinternet.in as soon as your credentials are uploaded to the database.
