Dock & Mooring

The marina (dock and mooring) fees for the 2025 season are:

• Boat Mooring Fee - $185.00

All marina fees will be due April 1 of each year. Failure to pay or make arrangement for payment of the dock or mooring fee by the due date will result in immediate reassignment of the space. 

All boats assigned a slip must be on a hoist capable of lifting the boat at least 12 inches above water level. All hoists must also be equipped with a wheel kit to allow for ease of installation and removal by our contractor. Our contractor positions each hoist within the slip as best as possible. It is the responsibility of each boat owner to adjust hoist position as necessary to prevent boats from contacting or overhanging the dock.

Tamarack Beach Club contracts with local dock/hoist installers. While installation and removal dates can vary due to weather and other circumstances, installation is planned for late April or early May each year, with removal planned for mid October. 

The Beach Club provides storage racks and a launch area for canoes and kayaks at no charge to members. The member's name should be permanently affixed to the vessel. Other types of water craft may not be placed on the racks without permission of the mooring manager.

Members in good standing may store their boats (one per family) in the Beach Club south parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Boats may be stored following the second weekend in September until the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Empty trailers and other conveyances are not allowed.
