Comunications to and from the Staff and Parents

Google Shared Drive- This is a drive for educators to collaborate. This is a private drive for invited members of TRSD to be part of a shared community. This drive is found in your Google drive.

Microsoft Outlook- This is the email used by TRSD for staff. Google mail is not available to staff.

Google Mail- Students in grades 6-12 will find their email in Google Mail. Grades 6-8 will only send and receive emails from within the district. Grades 9-12 may send and receive emails from outside the district

Pick up Patrol-Parents use this website/ap to communicate absences, doctors appointments, bus changes, and early or late arrivals to the school's front office. These will be communicated to the staff at elementary before the end of the day. The Middle school/high school students will be called to the office to receive their dismissal or change of bus slips. If a student is absent the parent receives a notification from Powerschool.

Messenger- This is a Robo Call that may be used for staff, students and parents. This is used when information needs to get out quickly. Sometimes the call is used to notify the receiver of an item that has been emailed to them. You will receive an email to sign up for your choice to receive an email, text message, cell phone or land line call. You may choose all.

TRSD App- This is an app that can downloaded on your cell phone. It has access to many other apps that the district uses for communication. It is basically a district parent portal.
