The Rural Health Pathways Project is a partnership with the University of Montana that assists people with disabilities in achieving their health goals. The program runs for 10 weeks in two (separate) sessions, where individuals will receive the opportunity to (anonymously) work with Micah Lowery, Youth Coordinator, or Jessica Warrick, Systems Change Advocate, for one hour each week on goal attainment.
Participants are provided with online and print literature, Living Well in the Community, that guides them in their health journey as needed. Furthermore, they will receive $30 for completing three surveys ($90 total) and their time with TCIL staff.
