Reclamite rejuvenator restores the reactive maltene components that asphalt pavements lose due to hot-plant operations and the subsequent field aging process, penetrating the surface deeply to protect against air and water intrusion.

You will have access to your driveway and street at all times.
Prior to work beginning on your street, the contractor will place barrels marked with no parking signs stating the no parking restriction. At a minimum, these barrels should be placed 72 hours in advance of the work taking place. If following the 72 hour time period, a vehicle is still in the street while the contractor is proposing to work, the vehicle is subject to being towed.
The pavement must be dry so please do not use lawn sprinklers, wash cars, etc. the day before and on the day of treatment.
Please observe all signs and flagger directions including driving no faster than 5 MPH, from the time the road is treated until the sand cover has been removed (Within 2 days).
Garbage and recycling pick up, mail, etc. will go on as scheduled.

If maintenance seal is tracked on driveways, it will naturally weather off.
Rain will delay work until the following day. If work has been delayed for more than a few days, you will be re-notified prior to work being performed.
The all-natural American-sourced maintenance seal is safe for children and pets, but to avoid tracking into your home, please keep them off of the treated areas for a few days.
The all-natural American-sourced maintenance seal is not harmful to vehicles and can be removed safely with vehicle soap and water.
