Andrew Ley
Learning Specialist
Andrew joined TIE after nine years of teaching middle school in Minnesota and South Dakota. Andrew received his B.A. in Secondary Education and minor in Educational Technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2013. Andrew specializes in responsible integration and implementation of artificial intelligence in educational settings. He has presented at various conferences on how to use AI to increase educator efficiency, administrator efficiency, and support 21st century student-centered learning.
Andrew also supports schools and organizations in developing relational trust. He is an advocate for the power of engagement and a proactive classroom management mindset to support classroom management. He also specializes in game-based learning, immersive learning, experiential learning, and Project-based learning (PBL) to maximize relevance and rigor in the classroom.
