Our Commitment to Protection

In Washington, the state requires a minimum bond for licensure. We don't believe "minimums" are enough for our clients. We carry comprehensive Professional Liability (E&O) and General Liability insurance that goes well beyond state requirements. We do this not only to protect our agency but to provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind for the clients who trust us with their most sensitive matters.

All final reports and sensitive documents are delivered through a HIPAA and GLBA-compliant encrypted portal. Skip Tracing: Locating individuals who have gone "off the grid," including debtors, witnesses, and heirs.
Background Investigations: Multi-layered history checks (criminal, civil, professional, social)
Insurance Fraud: Investigating workers' comp, personal injury, and disability claims.
Missing Persons: Locating runaways or individuals whose whereabouts are unknown.
Civil Investigations: Gathering evidence for personal injury, divorce, or custody cases.
Surveillance: Monitoring for domestic, insurance, or legal matters.

Standard Rates

Standard Hourly Rate: $115.00/hr (Includes surveillance, administrative duties, report writing, and billing)
Drive Time (Portal to Portal): Discounted to 25% of the hourly rate at $28.75/hr
Mileage: IRS Standard Rate (72.5¢/mi)
Skip Tracing - Basic Locate ($195): Just the current address and phone (Standard Process Server needs).
Deep Skip ($395): Includes employment, utility verification, and associates (For "Hard to Find" subjects).
Background Investigations - Tiered. Quoted Upon Request.
Retainer: Evergreen retainer contracted per cases requiring surveillance and heavy investigative work.
