Thriveworks’ Legal Department created this Knowledge Base to help out our fellow Thrivers when encountering legal-facing issues. Remember, since we are the “Department of It Depends,” we know some things live in a world of gray. When you come across a legal issue, or something you think may be a legal issue, please peruse this Knowledge Base to see if your question is answered. If not, or if you have specific questions regarding a particular situation, bring it to your RCD, and they will be able to help and bring in the Legal Team as needed.
Please also note that none of Thriveworks’ attorneys can represent you, as we represent the Company. But we are here to provide guidance when it comes to your work with us!
