What You’ll Do

• Provide Recreation Therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities right in their homes!

• Provide documentation of activities provided to each client
  
  

• Advise leadership on best practices, compliance, and client engagement strategies
  
  

• Support in-home staff with training and program implementation
  
  

• Provide expert insight grounded in evidence-based recreation therapy principles
  
  

Who You Are

• Certified Recreation Therapist (CTRS) or Recreation Therapy Certified (CBRTC)
  
  

• Strong background in therapeutic recreation delivery
  
  

• Confident communicator who enjoys advising, teaching, and collaborating
  
  

• Strategic thinker with a passion for improving quality of care
  
  

• Comfortable working independently and managing consulting projects
