Arti is an enterprise architect with over 17 years of industry experience. Arti is passionate about performance and scalability of systems in large enterprises. She is responsible for building scalable enterprise architectures, providing advisory to clients in multiple strategic initiatives, enabling their transformation journey. In the past she has led the efforts of building multiple data-driven initiatives like scaling a high-volume data processing pipeline for radio telescopes, creating recommendation engines for retail domain and re-architecting financial systems data platforms for scalability.

Dharani Sowndharya is a Senior Infra consultant who has been a part of Thoughtworks for two years and is currently working on a finance based project where she is working on R&D in setting up a Kubernetes based self service data platform. She started out as a Java developer as a fresher and jumped into DevOps/Cloud when the cloud was picking up and ever since then have worked in projects including migration from data-center to cloud, managing a highly available multi-cloud and multi region API gateway and had played SRE roles for multiple projects . She is also the anchor for the Coimbatore Infrastructure community and enjoys organizing talks from people with various experiences working in Infra and picking their brains to learn new things that are happening in projects across Thoughtworks.

On a personal note, she loves reading books and learning new and cool stuff which includes Morse code, sign language, Taekwondo, whistling, weight lifting to name a few.

Gopal Singhal has over 18 years of experience in creating, advising on and leading large-scale Infrastructure change programs with automation first mindset. He also plays a role of the Infrastructure Community of Practice Lead, Thoughtworks India. He has extensive experience in coaching, mentoring and empowering others to practice and improve their craft while adopting modern software delivery and infrastructure management skills and practices.

He joined ThoughtWorks 5 years ago and has worked on multiple initiatives like certification programs, terraform workshops, cloud workshops, docker and kubernetes training etc. On the project side he worked on setting up the world's first large scale blockchain based commodity trading platform on Cloud. He has also worked on MLOps, Engineering Platform for Delivery Infrastructure and has given multiple talks on these topics. He is certified on all 3 major cloud platforms.

On a personal note, he is an airplane pilot and enjoys playing cricket. He also participates in CSR initiatives especially around teaching Maths and Computer Science.

Ankit Adlakha is a Lead Consultant with Thoughtworks. He has more than 12+ years of experience in the IT industry. He has played different roles throughout his career- Developer, Module Architect, Lead, Devops and Consultant. He is Google Cloud Professional Architect and Azure Fundamentals Certified.

He has been involved in app modernization on Google Cloud and worked on different domains like Sales/Inventory, Financial(Banking), Automobile and Data Science Platform. He is also very interested in mobile app development and published his own applications on play store and app store.

Apart from work, he loves to play cricket and spend time with family and friends.

Nagarajan Selvaraj is a Lead consultant at Thoughtworks. He has been with Thoughtworks for 4.5 years now and has been with industry for 9+ years. His interests lie in building data intensive applications and solving performance and scalability challenges in the projects. He has worked and led multiple initiatives on solving scalability problems for IoT platform projects.

Apart from work he enjoys reading and watching historical fiction and playing Table tennis.

Sreekesh is Senior consultant at Thoughtworks. He began working for Thoughtworks four years ago as a Graduate Consultant, and has an overall 8 years of experience in this industry. He has worked in multiple domains like Cryptography, Networking and Data Platform and holds a keen interest in setting up data pipelines and exploring new things in the domain.

In his free time, he likes to play cricket and gardening.

Sriharsha have total 14y of experience in IT industry, Mostly worked on engineering projects related to Infra background and web applications in b2b layer. Currently working on b2c fintech projects from past 3 years in ThoughtWorks. I come with an experience of dealing the infrastructure with 100k and strongly believe the right practices would definitely need to work at scale.

During his free time, he would like to watch contentful entertainment series and have a lot of passion on food and do explore food from different places. Also on technicalside he use to do StackOverflow answering and publish some videos over YouTube when time permits.
