Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you for all your kind donations for Comic Relief and we collected £228.50, which is amazing.
We hope you enjoyed coming in for the open classes last week, the children loved sharing their learning with you. If you were unable to attend, we will be opening up the classes again in the summer term, the teachers will notify you once confirmed dates have been set.
This week we welcome you for parent consultations. Please check with the class teacher or office if you are unsure of your appointment time.
On Friday 28th March we are hosting a Great Athletes Event. We have a Commonwealth Gymnastics Gold medallist, Steven Frew, coming in. He will be sharing his sporting journey and the children will take part in a sponsored fitness circuit. Thank you to the parents who have sponsored their child.
Before the end of term (Friday 4th April @ 1:30pm) please pop in to check lost property. The best time to do this is at the end of the day, once you have collected your child.

Sustrans Big Walk and Wheel is a great way to build physical activity in children’s daily routine which is important for their physical health and mental wellbeing.
Active school runs also help to reduce congestion and air pollution outside the school gate. A 2021 YouGov study showed nearly half of UK children worry about air pollution near their school. And that children thought active travel was the best away to bring down these pollution levels.
