All visits to the family center will be by appointment only, and you can also request a video-conference call! The new Sunrise Thompson Health Clinic is a partnership between Sunrise Community Health and Thompson School District. The school-based student wellness center serves the students of Thompson School District and is located between Mary Blair Elementary and Conrad Ball Middle School in Loveland.
