I have made two little changes in our Lesson Plan Template. Please, if you have made a copy of the template that is linked on the site - home page, please make another copy.
One of the changes is that we have to include the Unit and the page. When you insert the information on the platform, please insert unit, page, content and topic in the first field of the form on the platform.
The other information I have crossed out is the information below (Child development and Classroom management) , because we are working on that in the Background Information and/or Teachers' Development Insight.

I have added in the planning maps a code for the Spotify Educação Infantil Playlist. It must be inserted in the lesson plan every time you insert a video throughout the lesson plan, in any of the stages. Do as follow:

Lesson plan correction: Instructions
* write the lesson plan in the doc template. Save it in the corresponding unit folder in the drive.
* you can find the templates on the home page of the site.
* I will check the folders (separated by units) and correct the lesson plans that are ready and I'll let you know.
* The correction will be as follow:
- I read and I cross out any information that needs to be changed
- I write it in yellow (that's what you have to consider when you insert the plan on the platform)
- If there is any information in blue, that's an observation for you to consider it for the next plans
* Do not delete the colored information. You can revisit it later.
I know it's a lot of information, but after the first ones, you are going to get used to it and it will get easier.

Dear all,
The planning maps are ready up to Unit 9.
Nobody is going to start by Unit 10, so I'm going to finish Unit 10 this week.
For the routine, you can add more songs if you want to, as for the other stages of the lesson plan. Write the routine, but remember to link the BICS Sample Question in the doc and when you insert the planon the platform, insert it as PDF.
Remember, there is a new model of a lesson plan. It is the home page, at the end of it. We are going to write the procedures in bullet points. But don't forget the teachers are not experienced, so write step-by-step instructions.
Another important point: take a look if I wrote students instead of learners before you copy and paste. If I did, please correct it in the lesson plan.
Finally, just to reinforce: I have created a page on the site, under the home page, named Important Information. I've been posting there the email notes, so if you need to revisit any information, it's there.

Dear all,
I have changed the name of the website to: TBS - Infantil, Anos Iniciais e Finais. The new bitly is: bit.ly/internotbs
Dudu and I are going to put together all the information for all the books (in the future, not now hahahah)
The tab: TBS Team - do not worry about it. You won't need any file from there, so there is no need to ask for access for the files under this tab.
Also, I have created a new subpage under the Home page named IMPORTANT INFORMATION. There you will find all the info from the emails I send. I know many times it's hard to find the emails.

Dear all,
I'm going to change the lesson plan template we have on the homepage of our site. This one the procedures are in bullet points. According to some feedback from Bárbara Lucatelli and Gabriela Boaventura, we have come to the conclusion that teachers have lots of classes to plan and this way it gets more straight to the point for them to follow.
IMPORTANT: it does not mean that we don't have to be detailed in the steps. Remember they are not experienced teachers.
