Think Hallmark will be having three Real Estate Pre-licensing classes per year in January, April, and October.
Our next class will be held on:
April 21 - May 2, 2025
The class is 72 hours and set up to be self-paced and finished within 2 weeks.
April 21-25: Lessons 1 - 5
April 26: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Review and questions: In person at Think Hallmark Real Estate 2324 W. Spencer Street Appleton WI 54914
April 28 - May 02: Lessons 6 - 11
May 03: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Review and questions: In person at Think Hallmark Real Estate 2324 W. Spencer Street Appleton WI 54914
After you complete the lessons and pass each lesson exam and course final exam, you will be eligible for the Wisconsin Real Estate Exam.
Think Hallmark will be limiting the class to 10 students each session. We will be offering the class free of charge. To be considered for our class, please fill out the form below.
