I’m Dr. Lauren McClenney-Rosenstein: a Black mom, wife, business owner, and woman with late-diagnosed ADHD. I know exactly what it feels like to appear “high-functioning” while internally wrestling with time management, negative self-talk, and a constant fear of not doing enough.
Despite those challenges, I’ve earned dual master’s degrees, a doctorate, and certification as an Educational Therapist and an Orton-Gillingham practitioner. I’ve spent years in special education, guiding others through complex learning differences—only to discover my own ADHD later in life.
That journey lit a fire in me. Now, I combine lived experience with professional expertise to help ambitious women—especially BIPOC women—rewrite the story ADHD tells them.
My Approach:
Practical systems that stick
Mindset shifts that empower
Tools that meet you where you are
Coaching that balances accountability with compassion
