Being an integral part of a tech firm as well as being a vulnerable person in the time of covid threw up some of the hardest challenges I've faced in my life. This workshop is about how looking within and how to overcome adversity and turn a negative into a positive. The first part of this workshop will detail the kinds of challenges the pandemic forced people to face (myself included), the second being how myself and others were able not to only overcome, but grow. I will ask workshop participants to discuss how they managed things during these times.
