For a long time, society has taught that true leadership requires hard emotions and stoic attitudes in order to face both the test of times and hardship ahead. But what if we've gotten it all wrong? What if the key is vulnerability? In this workshop, students and leaders will be taught why vulnerability is crucial for authentic leadership in the hardest of times and why the world needs more vulnerable leaders in order to be a stronger and more authentic place.
