Adolf Hitler. Have you ever heard of that name? Of course you have. Notoriously renowned as the lunatic, maniac dictator who basically ignited the second World War in which he continued for the next six years. Fueled by his determination to eradicate the jewish race from the face of the Earth and to conquer all of Eastern Europe. Although Hitler did fail his conquest, he did set a higher bar for the craziest fascist leader. In this workshop, we will explain what Hitler did wrong in the war causing his country to ultimately lose the war and lose thousands of German lives; and what Hitler did right as leader placing his opponents at a disadvantage. Throughout the workshop, there will be a lot of fun activities, one of which is an intriguing debate amongst the participants and so on. And at the end of the session, we will conclude how to be a good leader through the demonstration of a Jenga match. As the concept of leadership (especially in the midst of a war) is not very different from playing a simple game of Jenga.
