At The Winemakers Co-Op, we’re always looking for ways to do better - not just in crafting exceptional wines, but also in how we care for our land and community. As stewards of our land, we’re committed to creating a healthy ecosystem, conserving water and energy, and reducing waste.
Since most of our wines are enjoyed right in our tasting rooms, we asked ourselves: how can we make that experience more sustainable? The answer: wine on tap.
By serving wine in stainless steel, reusable kegs, we eliminate all the bottles, corks, capsules, and boxes that would normally be thrown away. It’s the same concept as enjoying a fresh local beer on tap - only now, it’s your favorite local wine.
