Please note this example: If you teach (3) world history classes that are completing the same project and (2) economics classes that are completing the same project, you will only need to submit 3-5 artifacts total for all of your world history classes and 3-5 artifacts total for all of your economics classes, for a total of 6-10 total artifacts submitted - not that amount for each class. If you are doing different projects for the within the different world history classes, however, please submit artifacts for each of the different projects. We want to see your variety of work!

- Please make a folder in your Google Drive for each group of artifacts. In the example above, that would be one folder for the history classes and one folder for the economics classes. Add your student artifacts to the folder.
- Name the folder using the following naming scheme -
{Teacher Last Name} {Grade level (or MS/HS for multiple grade levels in one class)} {subject} {type of artifact}

- Please change the permissions on what a viewer can do with the work. As students will be the ones viewing this work, you do not want the viewers to be able to re-share, change the access permissions, download, print, or copy this work. This may be new to some of you, so please follow the steps in the attached image to ensure that the permissions are not on.
