Weekly Leaders in PE classes will have the opportunity to print out a blank Tabata Fitness routine and create a Warm-up routine of four exercises. Students should prepare this in advance of the first class meeting for the week. Exercises should be able to be performed without the spots on the gym floor. Exercises should raise your heart rate after completing a few repetitions.
