Yearly, the VA gets a total of 4 paid sick & 4 vacation days. Unused leave credits, will carry over to next year and can be used for up to 2 years.

The Service Provider will only qualify for a Leave Application after completing 6 months with the Company's Client. This will restart whenever the Service Provider gets reprofiled to a new campaign.

• We require 2 weeks notice for planned leave requests

• VLs or SLs cannot be taken for more than 3 consecutive days. This will be subject for Upper Management's approval

• No leaves will be approved 2 days before or after a US Holiday

Approval of leave requests depends on important factors such as campaign bandwidth, Campaign status, performance or attendance issues. 

• Make sure all urgent tasks are completed

• Communicate any challenges so you'd have enough time to make revisions before your time off

• Document which tasks were completed and the ones that will be on hold while you are away

• Indicate your plan on how you will cover the pending tasks upon your return
