Deloris Reese is the passionate and dedicated founding director of The Unity Center Cincinnati (TUC-Cinti), committed to stabilizing the lives of children through comprehensive family support. As a Certified Recovery Coach, she supports individuals on their journey to healing and stability. With a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the power of connection. Reese has spent over a decade advocating for children and familes in need. Holding a B.S from Xavier University, Reese has served as a foster parent in Butler County for over ten years. As a kindship care parent she has provided safe and loving homes for children navigating difficult circumstances.
Tiffany Burns was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio. She has her B.S in Sociology and minor in Philsophy from the University of Colorado. Master's degree in Elementary Education from John Hopkins University. As well as a ED.d from the University of Dayton. She previously taught second grade ELA, thrid grade reading and accelerated reading. A career highlight was working as an Assistant Principal of Special Programs for Ohio Virtual Academy. Where she built strong relationships with families, the community, and students.
Daniel Burns has a diverse financial and legal background. Having worked as Master tax Advisor and a freelance Attorney. Specialzing in tortious interference claims, appellate briefs, and Ohio's Open Meetings Act. He is now an associate a Maguire Schnieder Hassay, LLP where he advises clients on Landlord-Tenant Matters. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and three dogs.
Edward Green is a security Director with over 20+ years of experience in law enforcement. He has his Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. A Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies. He is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Safety and Security for Columbus City Schools. When not actively working, he enjoys weight training, spending time with his wife, and supporting his family.
