About The Trading Tree
About The Trading Tree
The Trading Tree is a family business created by Stacy, Katie and Londyn Purkey, who share a love for books and a belief that good books deserve a second chance.
Many of the books we offer are school curriculum books and chapter books that were once used in classrooms or schools. When schools no longer need them, we believe they still have plenty of stories to tell and knowledge to share.
Rather than letting these books sit unused or be thrown away, we give them a chance to find new homes and new readers. We love knowing that a book that once helped one student learn or discover a new story can continue its journey with someone else.
Our goal is simple: keep good books in circulation, make reading more affordable, and help more readers discover their next favorite book.
Every book deserves another reader.
