Founded in 1982, Mullen & Mullen Law Firm is a family-owned boutique personal injury law firm with locations in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth, and St. Louis. We have proudly been in business for 40 years. Since our inception, the goal has remained the same – to handle your personal injury case the same way we would want our own handled.

Discounted 29% Attorney Fee on cases that settle without litigation. The standard Texas personal injury attorney contingency fee is 33.3% of the gross settlement on cases that settle prior to the commencement of litigation. Some lawyers even charge more.
