“The Strawberry Way” is a collective mantra that symbolizes the culture of kindness, cooperation and consideration at the Strawberry Music Festival. With this in mind, the Strawberry Way Foundation was formed to support the music festival, its programs and its communities in a complimentary way.
The purpose of The Strawberry Way Foundation is to support the sustainability and growth of programs associated with the Strawberry Music Festival and the communities it serves.
The Foundation will pursue grants and tax-deductible donations to support its purpose while partnering closely with Strawberry Music’s management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Bringing the Strawberry Way into the communities it serves, starting with the Nevada and Tuolumne County areas by
developing a strong bond with local music educators and their students, especially in our K-12 public schools;
enabling attendance and performance opportunities at Strawberry Music Festivals and other events;
reducing the financial burden for Strawberry Music Festival by sponsoring specific festival activities that provide folk arts and music education to attendees;
providing grant funding to school music programs for instruments, workshops, visiting artists, and performance opportunities; and
securing grant funding to enable “Strawberry” artists to visit local schools.
2. Sponsoring/producing local music participatory events like the Columbia Fiddle & Bango Contest.
3. Developing new events that have a tangential connection to our "Strawberry” family.
