School Life
CURRICULUM
The present school programme is planned so that the students may be able to take the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations in as many subjects as possible. Examination results are, however, not the only aim of the curriculum. The school’s focus is also to educate children culturally, spiritually and physically so that they may fulfil their potential and become productive, socially well-adjusted citizens.
Students follow a general curriculum in the first three years after which they are allowed to make choices, based on career interests, academic ability and teachers’ recommendations.
Examination Boards include the Caribbean Examinations Council and The Royal Schools of Music.
