OUR TEAM

Clint Stitser, CEO

Constantly seeking ways to improve and grow, Clint is dedicated to building a stronger future for those he serves. His experience and education include playing in the NFL, earning an MBA in Finance and Management, followed by nearly a decade of real estate marketing, sales, finance and investment. A Northern Nevada resident since birth, Clint is passionate about the Reno lifestyle and spends his free time with his wife and three young kids.

Kurt Stitser, COO

Kurt Stitser is a 5th generation Nevadan who grew up in the construction and development industry. With a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he spent 7 years working in the commercial construction sector around the Denver Metro area before returning home to start BUILT. and Realm Constructors. Through active involvement in various industry groups, leaders at the forefront of progressive design and development have cultivated his perspective on construction.

Patrick McMullen, Controller

With over 20 years experience, Patrick is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant with experience in auditing, tax preparation, management, and business consultation services. Having developed a robust accounting department within BUILT. his research and analytic abilities allow us to provide timely and accurate reporting to our vendors and clients. Having served public companies, private companies, and venture funded technology start-ups, Patrick provides a unique and insightful perspective on the industry.

Dan Cox, Construction Manager

With a broad range of experience ranging from being a licensed contractor running his own business, to a Regional Manager for national builders, Dan provides experience and stability in the field. Managing both job sites and field operations company wide, with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction, he excels in delivering projects from start to finish.

Don Brodeick, Superintendent

With over 45 years of industry experience, Don is a highly accomplished Superintendent. Having built numerous large scale multi-family projects, he oversees construction on our most complex jobs. His innate ability to maintain great relationships while adhering to construction schedules and budgets consistently results in successful projects.

Taylor Bittner, Project Manager

Beginning with a long career in professional motocross, followed by a successful career in sales, Taylor brings his competitive spirit to BUILT. Having grown up in the construction industry, he naturally transitioned into an effective Project Manager. When tasked with multiple active developments, he has displayed the ability to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail.

Pete Lazzari, Project Engineer

With a cross-functional background in Civil Engineering, Pete has the unique ability to address both site development needs while also performing in delivery of vertical construction. He is a solid team member within BUILT. and his contributions allow us to deliver top quality products safely and efficiently.
