This one came in for a New Tusq XL nut, new bourns low friction pot
The cheap plastic nut. Replacing this with a Graphtec tusq xl
Replacing the pot with a bourns low friction pot.
The tuners needed to be swapped around so there in the correct order. The smaller tuners are for the bass strings to give a better break angle.

To get the new pot to fit i would need to enlarge the hole. I use a reamer so the hole is cut clean. A drill bit will sometimes chip the finish.
