Hello! My name is Chris and I have been playing guitar since i was 15 years old and have been repairing and doing service work for years. I love everything about fretted instruments and want to share my passion with the community So in July of 2020 I decided to start The Sprouted Fret. 

Everyone deserves to play their instrument at its best, whether it's a $4,000 guitar or a $99 beginner one. You would be amazed at what a good Setup can do to an instruments playability and how a bad setup can affect the playability. This can make it  especially difficult for a new player to learn. The best way to learn to play an instrument is to have one you love and one that begs to be played. A well set up instrument makes a world of difference when you're learning, writing, or touring.
