The piezo pickup was installed on the top of the soundboard
The bridge was not only pulling forward but the saddle was broken as well
The bridge saddle slot was broken and the saddle had pulled forward.

Due to multiple loose braces inside the soundbox the top had sunken in
The neck had a gap under the heel
The neck was badly underset. It needs a neck reset
Its hard to see but this is a photo of a loose brace inside the soundbox, it was a big enough gap to almost fit my little finger in.
