This one came in with the string height way to high to be playable and needed some cleanup, setup and a bridge belly repair.
The strings are almost 10/64ths of the fretboard. Way to high to comfortably play.
There was a bad belly budge the top of the guitar was warped causing the bridge to lift. I chose to install a bridge doctor.
marking the spot to drill the hole for the bridge doctor to mount.
This is the piece of pearl used to cover the hole from this repair.
The bridge doctor mounts under the bridge and a rod presses against the back of the guitar and flattens out the belly buldge.
The rod that presses against the back.
The frets before i clean and polish them.
The body before i cleaned and polished it.
The body after polish. I still have some polish to clean from around the bridge.

Sanding the saddle to bring the strings down to a better height after the bridge repair.
The height ended up right at 5/64th. A big difference in playability.
