Chores for Every Work Day

1. Around the outside perimeter of the garden ** (including 18th, 19th, Wallace, and North Streets)

• Pick up litter

• Weed tree wells

• Sweep sidewalks

2. Inside perimeter of garden

   • weed

   • collect litter

3. Water the perimeter gardens as needed during the growing season

4. Replace chairs and tables left on lawn to the designated area by the container as a courtesy to the folks who mow the grass.

**Helpful Notes:

Take tools (in the container) such as gloves, poop bags, rake, shovel and trash bags with you. If you are unsure about what needs to be removed, check pictures of weeds on the guide near the bulletin board.

Any weeds or compostable material that you pick up goes in one of the large Bennett containers for Wednesday pick up. (All personal compost is to be handled by each gardener on their own.)
