We have reason to celebrate: the Government’s extension of Free School Meals to children in families receiving Universal Credit is finally here.
500,000+ children will be able to better concentrate in class, to make friendships without shame or stigma and have more support to thrive in school and beyond.
Right now 55% of parents that are eligible don’t now. Join us in celebrating the win and helping make sure parents and carers know that change is here.

We are counting down the days to this major change for our school communities. One that will add a strike against child hunger in the classroom and give a boost to so many families.
DeliverTheDinners.org.uk is about celebrating our progress and continuing our commitment to secure Free School Meals for every primary school child in England. The way it’s done in London and in Wales already.
Share the countdown with the parents and carers in your local area and constituency. Make sure everyone knows this change is coming and that you’ll continue to champion Free School Meals for All.
