Screencasting is how you record your computer, your voice and yourself using your webcam to create engaging personalized lessons. Quicktime and Screencastify allow you to record your screen with an on-screen narration (talking head) and edit your screencast movies. Zoom will allow you to record your screen with an on-screen narration (talking head), but you will have to edit in iMovie.
