About us

On October 14th 2017 a group of W-League fans met to discuss support and promotion of the Brisbane Roar Football Club Women's team. Inspired by the input from the first W-League fan planning workshop earlier in 2017, the group officially launched the BRFC W-League active supporters club and named themselves The Roar Corps.

The Roar Corps continues to be run by a group of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about women's football and share a vision for the future of football for the players and the fans.

Our mission is to:

• Provide an inclusive, colourful, congenial, loud, positive atmosphere at all the Brisbane Roar A-League Women's games.

• Celebrate the team's triumphs, commiserate with their tragedies, advocate for support of the Brisbane Roar A-League Women's team wherever and however the support is required.

• Spread love for women's football and the Brisbane Roar women's team in particular throughout the football and wider community.
